Curriculum
- The GTM Engineering mindset — systems thinking applied to growth
- ICP mapping — going beyond job titles to signals, behaviors, and buying triggers
- Designing your system architecture before touching any tool — where AI adds leverage vs. where it creates noise
- Claude Code intro — what it is, how it differs from Claude.ai, how GTM Engineers use it
- CLAUDE.md — creating persistent project instructions that give Claude context about your GTM system, tools, and goals so every session starts informed
- Claude Skills — building reusable slash commands and prompt workflows for GTM tasks
- MCPs vs CLIs vs APIs — how tools expose their functionality and how Claude Code connects to them
- Building your Context OS — using Claude Code to map your ICP, document signals, define your architecture, and create a living reference file that feeds every tool
- GitHub fundamentals — setting up your repo, version control basics, why GTM Engineers use it
- Live build: building a Context OS from scratch for a real ICP using Claude Code
Async Workshop
Set up your GitHub repo and push your first commit. Use Claude Code to build your own Context OS — ICP definition, 3–5 signals, system architecture, and target workflow. This file travels with you into every subsequent week.
- Clay fundamentals — table architecture, columns, and enrichment logic. How to structure workbooks across multiple tables and workflows
- Find People and Find Companies — using Clay’s native prospecting features to build lists directly inside Clay without importing from external tools
- Data manipulation — writing formulas for custom column logic, using lookups to reference data across tables, and merging data from multiple sources cleanly
- Waterfall enrichment — layering data sources without burning credits
- Signal-based prospecting — finding people based on what they’re doing, not just who they are
- Claygents — using Clay’s AI agents for research, enrichment, prompt engineering for prospect summaries, and decision logic
- Using your Context OS to guide Clay table structure and column logic
- Native & non-native integrations — connecting Clay to other tools (Sequencers, Custom tools etc)
- Outbound infrastructure and deliverability — setting up sending domains, warming up inboxes, and making sure your emails actually land
- Live build: building a full GTM workflow in Clay from scratch using a workflow spec from the previous week
Async Workshop
Build your own Clay table using the ICP and signals from your Context OS. Enrich at least 20 records.
- Why CRM is the memory of your GTM system — without it, you’re generating noise with no record
- HubSpot fundamentals — contacts, companies, and deals objects and how they relate to each other
- Custom properties — building the right fields to track your GTM data accurately
- Pipeline architecture — designing stages that reflect how your buyers actually move, not how you wish they did
- Lifecycle stages — defining MQL, SQL, opportunity, and customer thresholds for your specific motion
- Lists and segmentation — building dynamic and static lists for targeting and reporting
- HubSpot workflows — automating lifecycle transitions, deal updates, task creation, and internal notifications
- Reporting and dashboards — tracking the metrics that actually matter for your GTM system
- Live build: HubSpot walkthrough, setting up a pipeline and lifecycle architecture for a real GTM motion
Async Workshop
Set up your HubSpot pipeline: define your lifecycle stages, build your custom properties, and create at least one workflow that automates a lifecycle transition. Update your Context OS with your pipeline logic and stage definitions.
- n8n fundamentals — nodes, triggers, and workflow logic
- Workflows vs AI Agents
- GTM automation patterns — what to automate vs. what to keep manual
- AI nodes in n8n — using LLMs inside workflows for personalization, research, and content generation at scale
- GTM Automation Use Cases
- Using Claude Code to build and troubleshoot your n8n workflows
- Live build: building a simple inbound qualification workflow that enriches, scores, and routes leads automatically
Async Workshop
Build the automation layer for your GTM system — connect your Clay table to at least one other downstream tool (sequencer, Slack, content channel) using n8n. Update your Context OS with your full workflow logic and stack connections.
- Open clinic (first 30 mins) — Facilitators and guests address common blockers and questions from async submissions before presentations begin
- Participant presentations — each participant walks through their GTM system: ICP, signals, Clay workflow, HubSpot pipeline, and n8n automation etc.
- Live feedback — Panelists give real-time feedback on each build
- What comes next — how to maintain, iterate, and scale your GTM system after the program
Final Deliverable
Submit a documented GTM playbook covering: ICP definition, signal map, Clay table structure, HubSpot pipeline architecture, n8n automation logic, and a screen recording of your working system end-to-end. This is your portfolio piece.

- Kayode OdesanyaProduct Manager, BushaI have been building products for a while but I figured I needed to fill a knowledge gap in strategy and scaling products in the market. The bootcamp curriculum piqued my interest and I enrolled for it. The live product case studies from the facilitators helped me internalise the learning and I could immediately apply them to the product we are building.

FAQs
A hands-on program that teaches you to build and automate your own go-to-market system, rather than just learn the theory behind one. Across five weeks you’ll build an ICP and signal map with Claude Code, a prospecting workflow in Clay, a CRM pipeline in HubSpot, and automations tying it all together in n8n.
Yes. GTM Engineering is built for marketers, not engineers. Every tool, including Claude Code, Clay, HubSpot, and n8n, is taught from first principles, and each week’s async workshop is scoped so a non-technical marketer can finish it in a few focused hours.
100% virtual. Live sessions run over Zoom with recordings available afterward, plus a private community and weekly office hours for when your build stalls.
Five weeks of live sessions, each one feeding directly into the next week’s build.
You’ll work hands-on with HubSpot, Claude Code, GitHub, Clay, and n8n. Learners would need their own Claude Pro plan to access Claude Code, use free or trial tiers for GitHub and n8n, while we provide complimentary access to Clay and HubSpot accounts they can learn on.
Plan for 2–3 hours in the live session plus additional time on the async workshop, since each week’s build carries into the next. Most participants spend 6–8 hours a week total.
MarTech is about architecting and integrating a marketing tech stack across the full funnel, tracking, attribution, segmentation, and reporting. GTM Engineering is narrower and more hands-on. You’re building one working system end to end, from prospecting through to a CRM pipeline and automation, using AI tools like Claude Code and Clay that MarTech doesn’t cover.
Through the weekly async workshops. Each one has a concrete deliverable, a GitHub commit, a Clay table, a HubSpot pipeline, an n8n workflow, that builds toward your capstone. In the final week you present your complete system and get live feedback from a panel of professionals.
You leave with a working GTM system and a documented playbook you can show in interviews or client pitches, plus hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, Clay, HubSpot, and n8n that are increasingly expected in GTM and growth roles.
